Hong Kong Trees is housed within a 1930s single-story structure, originally ‘Modern Pattern Company’ a small manufacturer of wood and metal patterns for machinery castings. We embedded our own comprehensive redesign within the original building. INTERIOR IMAGES

Hong Kong Trees is named after a book of that title published in 1969 and detailing perennial specimens of a particular region. It includes 103 trees in alphabetical order with full color photographs. The front cover pictures a Camellia hongkongensis, one of over 200 distinct species.
